Pricing & Ordering Questions
Are prices inclusive of taxes?
All prices shown are before GST (5%) and PST (where applicable). Tax will be clearly itemised at checkout. No hidden charges or service fees are added beyond what is shown.
Can I customise a roll?
Yes — we accept substitutions and allergy-related modifications on most rolls. Indicate your preferences in the order notes field. Certain custom combinations may carry a $2–$4 surcharge depending on ingredients.
Is there a minimum order for delivery?
Yes, the minimum delivery order is $25. Free delivery applies on orders over $50. For orders below $50, a flat $4.99 delivery fee is added. Same-day catering delivery minimum is $150.
Do catering prices include setup and teardown?
Premium Event, Corporate Banquet, and Grand Celebration packages include full setup and teardown. The Starter Platter package is drop-off only. All packages include serving equipment and condiments.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Interac e-Transfer, Apple Pay, and cash. For catering bookings, a 30% deposit is required to confirm the date, with the balance due 48 hours before the event.
